Cedar Cove Marina - Cedar Key |

This is a scene from my lifelong friend, Warren's, front porch at his home on Cedar Key, Florida. The island is a quiet fishing village on Florida’s Big Bend area of the Gulf Coast. It is a small boat community, as the water is very shallow leading out past the barrier islands. However, there are a handful of areas where some larger boats dock, this marina being one of them. I live about 15 miles inland from Cedar Key and visit the island to make paintings and sketches several days each week. Warren and Penny are my life long friends and it is always a great pleasure to visit with them and see the boats and the activity surrounding the marina. I was born and raised on an island in Florida so the salt water is in my veins and my heart. I hope you enjoy this scene also. This numbered limited edition giclee print is $ 25. Free Shipping and is signed by the artist (me, Mike Segal) and is printed with permanent inks on 8.5 in. x 11 in. acid free paper.
